SARC 2025 Travel Awards

Due to the postponement of the conference, we will notify you of these awards closer to the conference dates. Thank you for your understanding.

Who is Eligible?

Individuals who have submitted and been accepted to present at SARC 2025.
You may submit this application before you know your acceptance status but you will be considered only if your abstract is accepted.

Priority will be given to:

Students and early-career researchers
Participants from low- and middle-income countries
Individuals without institutional travel support

What the Award Covers

Travel expenses to the conference will be covered either partially or in full, depending on demonstrated need and available funds. The level of support will be determined on a case-by-case basis. All reimbursements will be made upon arrival at the conference and submission of valid receipts in your name, unless otherwise specified.
