ISME Membership requirements for Regional Conference Seminar Registration
• All presenters and co-presenters are required to hold active ISME membership in order to register for the 5th ISME South Asia Regional Conference.
• Non-members are welcome to register as general attendees at the 5th ISME South Asia Regional Conference.
• Please contact comms@isme.org for any queries related to your ISME membership.

Registration Fee Structure for Other International Delegates

Registration Fee includes
- Access to all conference sessions and concerts
- Lunch on Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference
- Coffee/tea breaks (twice daily on Days 1 and 2, and once on the final day)
- Conference materials
- One conference dinner
Registration fee does not include
- Breakfast and dinner (except the conference dinner)
- Travel, accommodation or visa expenses
- Transport to/from conference dinner venue

Registration Terms and Conditions
- Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on April 20, 2026. If your registration remains unpaid on April 20, 2026 , your early bird registrations will be updated to the Regular Registration fee.
- Regular registration pricing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on May 17, 2026.
- A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact comms@isme.org
- Team ISME SARC or its agents will be filming, photographing, or recording sound throughout the conference. By registering to attend the regional conference seminar, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded during the conference.
- It is recommended that registrants obtain adequate travel, health and accident insurance before departing from their respective country of residence.
- All registration is subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Cancellations received prior to 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026, registration fees will be refunded less service charge of US$25 for international delegates and INR Rs.250 for Indians and Nepalis.
- Cancellations received after 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026, and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Please note that visa denials and visa process delays do not qualify for any exception to the conference cancellation and refund policy.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials. All cancellations will strictly follow the above policies.
- All changes and cancellations must be submitted via email to comms@isme.org
