Registration Fee Structure for Nepali delegates

Below is a preview of the registration categories and fee structure to help you plan ahead:

Registration Fee Structure for Foreign delegates

All international presenters are required to be members of ISME in order to register.

*South Asian countries include: India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh and the Maldives

Registration Fees is inclusive of the following:

Lunch and tea/coffee for 3 days
Banquet dinner on 1 night
Access to all conference sessions including concerts during conference hours
Conference materials like abstract booklet

Please note that one person can register only one time. If there are two or more people presenting in the same session, each person must register separately.

Steps to follow on the SARC Registration pay:

Click the “ISME Members Register Here” button.
If you are a member and www.isme.org/login already logged in, you will be taken directly to your ISME account.
Once logged in, look for the “Members Only” button at the top right corner.
On the new page, click “SARC Registration” and follow the prompts.
If you are not a member, click the “Nepali Non-ISME Members Register Here” button. You will be redirected to a form where you need to fill in the required fields manually and make the payment using the QR code provided.
